Why do I have to fulfil the qualification criteria detailed in the ‘terms and conditions’? |

Can I purchase this wonderful holiday experience for someone else? |

What happens if I am unable to take a holiday within the 18 month ‘window’? |
| Nothing to worry about! Should your personal circumstances dictate that you are unable to take your well deserved dream holiday within the specified ‘window’ simply contact us before the expiry date of your dream holiday allocation and your ‘window’ could be extended to suit your personal circumstances. |

Can I take more than one luxury vacation in one year? |
Yes you can; the harder you work the more vacations you need!!! There are no limits to the number of dream holidays you can take with our unique vacation system. To give you the opportunity of maximum fulfillment, you cannot visit the same partner resort more than once. Additionally you cannot visit other resorts in the same country immediately before or after your 7 Night deal. |

This sounds wonderful……how do I book? |

Good question! And the answer is very simple too! Just put our voucher highlighted on our web site in your shopping cart which requests your details and credit card payment. On receipt of your payment, Matrix Travel will send you a welcome letter plus a Reservation Request Form. Within the form, you are to select your 3 preferred resorts, in order of preference, plus 3 dates you wish to travel within the 18 months following your booking.
Remember that you have a full 12 months to make your booking! |

What happens after I book? |
| You are to fax or e-mail the booking form to the number/e-mail address enclosed at the bottom of the Reservation Request Form. Upon receiving your booking form, a Matrix Travel vacation councilor will confirm one date and one resort from the choice of dates and resorts you have chosen in the Matrix Travel Deal. Booking confirmations will take up to one week to process. |

Can I cancel my booking due to unforeseen circumstances? |
If you decide to cancel your Travel Deal, you are required to send notification of your intentions to cancel your booking 30 days before your planned departure date. Your failure to cancel your booking 30 days before your planned departure will results in a penalty equivalent to the cost of the accommodation at that particular resort. This is standard policy with all travel companies.
We recommend that upon purchasing your travel insurance, that you do purchase cover to protect you against unforeseen cancellation of your accommodation with our Travel including any flights. |

Why do I need to reconfirm my booking 30 days before my departure date? |
Since we are offering savings on your resort accommodation of up to 80% it is important that such offers are not taken for granted. Your booking confirmation by email 30 days before your departure allows us to reassure our partner resorts of your arrival to enable them to serve you well. Please appreciate that you do not find such a travel deal just anywhere! |
