TERMS & CONDITIONS 1. You have chosen one of the finest vacation experiences ever made available by our company. There are a few Terms & Conditions, which are very important to enable us to process your reservations and to ensure maximum fulfillment of your exclusive MATRIX TRAVEL dream vacation. 2. This voucher is valid for 7 nights of quality holiday accommodation for married or co-habiting as a couple for at least 2-3 years and families up to 4 persons. ( 2 adults + 2 children ) 3. Some resorts allow up to 6 guests to use this offer. Please check on the resort pages. 4. MATRIX TRAVEL has the right to add, delete or substitute resort destinations of similar quality without compromising your vacation experience. 5. The head of the travelling party must be between the ages of 25 and 65 years of age, posses a valid driver's license and a major credit card for identification (MasterCard, VISA or AMEX), with a joint income of 30000 Euros per annum (or if retired, 26000 Euros per annum). 6. In return for this very special promotional tariff, travelers are required to attend an informal presentation of a minimum 90 minutes highlighting the benefits of a Vacation Club ownership. 7. The standard retail value of this exclusive holiday accommodation offer is between 600 Euros – 3,000 Euros depending on the resort. Failure to attend the sales presentation, the qualified individual will be required to pay for the cost of the accommodation. Same rule applies in case false information is provided by the travelling party. 8. Travelers are under no obligation to buy, rent, join, purchase or commit themselves to any additional holidays. 9. Demand for our MATRIX TRAVEL holidays is high and early bookings are recommended to ensure maximum fulfillment. 10. No one from the travelling party will have ownership in any existing vacation club to qualify for this offer. 11. Check in days vary from resort to resort. Check in detail can be found on the MATRIX resort pages. 12. Flights, meals and drinks do not constitute part of this offer. 13. This voucher is not transferable and can only be redeemed by the person(s) to whom it was issued. Matrix Travel reserves the right to query voucher ownership before accepting a reservation. 14. Once your Matrix Holiday Voucher Order Form is received and payment is cleared, you will be sent a RESERVATION REQUEST FORM in order to enter details of the following:      a) Head of the traveling party      b) Travel Party Details      c) Your choice of 3 Resorts & dates. A 60-day advance notice is required when making your reservations. When your reservations are confirmed, a written confirmation, check-in times and itinerary will be mailed to you regarding your accommodation. 15. Travelers have an 18 month ‘time window' from date of issue to send the Reservation Request Form. 16. The resorts shall only provide accommodation to all guests named in the booking form. Guests not mentioned on the resort booking form, will not be provided accommodation. 17. Should you need to cancel or postpone your reservation, MATRIX TRAVEL must receive written notice 30 days prior to your arrival date to ensure that alternative dates can be arranged. Cancellations of less than 30 days notice will face a penalty of 400 Euros that will be deducted from your credit card. 18. Travelers are responsible for all charges at the host resort above and beyond what is included in this offer as well as any damage, loss, or theft to the resort accommodations and facilities that are caused by travelers or their guests. Some resorts may ask for a 60 -100 Euro refundable deposit upon arrival at their resort to insure against any damages in their rooms. 19. The head of the travelling party agrees to re-confirm by email their booking to Matrix Global Inc. together with details of flights and any special requirement as soon as possible, but in any case with a minimum of 30 days notice. No changes can be made once the booking is confirmed. 20. MATRIX TRAVEL, its agents, assignees or designees act only as agents for resorts and will not assume any responsibility for any loss, delay, accident, injury or damage to persons, property or any liability whatsoever arising from or in conjunction with services provided. 21. Although we endeavour to fulfil first choice dates and destinations this cannot be guaranteed. All resorts are subject to availability and nationalities availablity are subject to change. 22.
